Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Mon–Fri) from Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed on weekends or WA public holidays dispatch the next business day. During peak periods or sale events, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 business days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

Where we ship

• Australia: Yes - PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers included.
• International: Selected countries; $35 AUD Flat Rate.

Shipping options (Australia)

• Standard: $8 flat rate -  FREE on orders $150+ (after discounts).
• Express: $12 flat rate.
  Delivery time frames are carrier estimates and can vary by destination and peak periods.

Pre-orders & split shipments
Orders with a pre-order item ship when all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

International Shipping $35 Flat Rate

International duties & taxes
International orders may attract customs fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs charged by your local authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are payable by the recipient. Customs or carrier delays are outside our control.
