Are Loomi bottles insulated and leak‑resistant?
Yes. Our triple vacuum‑insulated, ceramic lined, stainless‑steel bottle helps keep drinks cold for hours. The silicone‑seal lid offers leak‑resistant performance when closed correctly. Not designed for hot, carbonated or perishable liquids.
What are Slips and how do they work?
Slips are our interchangeable covers that slide over your Loomi bottle. They add texture, colour and hardware details so your bottle looks like an accessory. Swap Slips in seconds to match your outfit or mood and add a charm to really personalise your bottle.
Can I mix and match Slips, lids, straps and charms?
Absolutely. Build your set with a Slip, a short handle or cross‑body strap, and optional charms. Everything is designed to be interchangeable so you can customise as you go!
How do I clean the bottle, lid and Slip?
- Lids: Handwash with soapy water and clean with the bottle brush cleaner o Top‑rack dishwasher safe. Pop the lid open, place it upside down on the top shelf, and run your daily cycle. This protects the seal, if the lid is closed during a hot cycle, pressure can build and may damage it.
- Bottle: Hand‑wash only with warm soapy water to preserve the finish and insulation. Rinse daily; use our cleaning kit for a deeper clean. Let dry with the cap off.
- Slip: Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach or tumble dry.
Are Loomi bottles dishwasher safe?
- Lids: Yes, top rack only. Pop the lid open, place it upside down on the top shelf, and run your daily cycle. This protects the seal, if the lid is closed during a hot cycle, pressure can build and may damage it.
- Bottle: Hand wash only to preserve exterior finish and insulation.
- Do not microwave, freeze or boil any part of your bottle.
Do you sell spare parts and accessories?
Yes. We offer Slips, lids, short and cross‑body straps, charms and a cleaning kit. Mix and match to refresh your look without replacing the bottle.
How often should I wash my Loomi bottle?
Daily is a great idea but it’s up to you. At minimum, wash after each use and always air‑dry with the lid off.
