Loomi Returns Policy
At Loomi, we’re all about thoughtful design and that extends to our returns process . If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or Store Credit. Due to hygiene of the bottles sticker on lid must be intact.
🛍️ Store Credit Policy
We happily offer Store Credit or refund for eligible returns. If you used a discount code at checkout, your Store Credit will reflect the amount actually paid for each item (after the discount).
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility & Timing
- Lodge your return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/hardware attached.
Bottles (Hygiene Policy)
- We do not offer refunds or Store Credit on opened or used bottles for change of mind due to hygiene.
- If a bottle is faulty/incorrect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Covers & Charms
- Eligible for refund or Store Credit if returned unused and in original condition.
Bundles
- The entire bundle must be returned in original condition for a change-of-mind return.
Refunds vs Store Credit
- You can choose a refund to your original payment method or Store Credit (where eligible).
- Refunds/credits reflect the amount actually paid per item (after discounts).
- Loomi Store Credits never expire.
Postage & Fees
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at the customer’s cost.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can sort a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a request via our email checkin@loomiofficial.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or Store Credit to be issued.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Loomi Store Credits never expire, so you can take your time choosing your next favourite piece.
🔁 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags/its original packaging with sticker intact on lid.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The return must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we are not liable for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed faulty or defective
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
🛠️ Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at checkin@loomiofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item for Store Credit, then place a new order for your preferred style or colour.
WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item or something’s not quite right, please email us at checkin@loomiofficial.com as soon as possible.
Include 2–3 clear photos showing the issue, along with a brief description, so our team can review it promptly and help you out.
If we confirm it’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and offer a refund, store credit, or replacement - your choice.
If the issue isn’t clear from the photos, you’re welcome to send it back for a physical inspection. If our team confirms the fault, we’ll cover all shipping costs and make it right.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns for items damaged due to washing, improper care, chewing, or regular wear and tear.
